General Liability Limits
The most your policy will pay in a 12 month policy period for bodily injury and property damage claims that you become legally obligated to pay due to your business services.

Animal Bailee
Covers expenses related to an animal’s injuries or death–which you are legally liable for–while it is in your care, custody or control. The base policy provides $2,500 per occurrence and has a $5,000 aggregate limit. Higher limits are available if needed.
Policy Date & Cancellations
- Policy Date: Your policy coverage begins on the date that you set as the effective date. The policy effective date is set when you are purchasing your policy.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your Insurance Canopy policy at any time, but there is no money back guarantee on months that you have already paid for.
Proof of Insurance
We provide a proof of insurance badge for each of our policyholders. This is so the policyholders can display their proof of insurance how they’d like–on their business cards, in their office, on their website, etc. This helps your clients trust you more and adds credibility to your business.

Pet Sitting Insurance covers claims related to the day-to-day operations of your pet sitting business. We know that as a trained professional, you do your best to keep your furry clients safe. Your policy’s Animal Bailee and Veterinary Expense Reimbursement work together to protect you if a pet in your care has an accident, illness, or injury. Vet Reimbursement acts first to insure you up to $1,000 for the incident (a $250 deductible applies).
If the claim costs over $1,000, then your Animal Bailee coverage responds next by paying up to $2,500 more. If you already chose the higher $5,000, $10,000 or $15,000 per occurrence Animal Bailee limit for your policy, then it can pay up to the higher limit.
Whatever your insurance pays for the incident will be deducted from the aggregate limits on your policy.
