How Much 1-Day Vendor Insurance Costs
The cost of basic vendor insurance for one day starts at $49/event. This is for a standard general liability policy used by vendors occupying stands, booths, exhibits, kiosks, or stalls.
- 1–3 days: $49
- 7 days: $99
- 90 days: $149
- Annual plans available
We also offer one-day event insurance for special event vendors. Coverage lasts for three days and may vary in coverage limits.
- DJs & Entertainers: $59
- Photographers: $59
- Liquor Liability: $275
- Host Liquor: $275*
Additional coverage costs that may apply include:
- Unlimited additional insureds: FREE**
- Primary, Noncontributory form: $20
- Waiver of Subrogation form: $20
- Theft and damage coverage: $54/event

It also gives you up to three days of coverage, making it perfect for covering you during set-up and take-down time that sometimes occurs the day before or after the event.

Additional Insureds for One-Day Vendor Insurance Policies
Need to add an additional insured to your vendor insurance policy? No problem! We make adding another business to your plan free and easy (or add unlimited additional insureds for a small fee).
Additional insureds are another person, organization, or entity that could be covered by your policy if you’re responsible for an accident at their event or on their property.
Additional insureds are typically event planners, venues, cities, or property managers. They cannot include you, other businesses you own, friends or family, employees, or other vendors.

How Do I Get a One-Day Street Vendor Insurance Policy?
You can get a one-day street vendor insurance policy online through Insurance Canopy in 10 minutes or less:
- Select the 1–3 day policy
- Choose the day you want coverage to begin
- Provide contact information for you and your business
- Agree to terms and conditions
- Add additional insureds (if needed)
- Complete an online payment
You can then instantly download proof of insurance from your online dashboard.
How Do I Download My Certificate of Insurance?
Downloading your Certificate of Insurance (COI) is simple, just:
- Log in to your online dashboard
- Locate the “Download Documents” section
- Click on “Proof of Insurance” to open the PDF
- Download a copy to email or print
With Insurance Canopy, you can download, send, and print as many copies of your Certificate as needed!
How Do I Add an Additional Insured?
You can add an additional insured (AI) to your vendor insurance policy during the checkout process or through your online dashboard:
- Log in to your online account
- Locate the “Manage Policies” section
- Click “Add additional insureds” to add one, or “Add unlimited additional insureds” to add multiple (a small fee may apply)
Please add the information required for the additional insured(s), like their name, location, and contact info. Once added, a copy of your COI will automatically be sent to them via email.
How Much is a 1-Day Vendor Insurance Policy?
A 1-day vendor insurance policy starts at $49/event. You can also opt for a year of coverage for as low as $24.25/month and have coverage for an unlimited number of events.
